Innovation
Lequent Innovation changes how a company works, not just what it plans. The division covers process excellence and automation, project management, foresight and futurology, and human-machine interaction and ethics. Most frontier technology fails on adoption rather than capability, so the work focuses on the operating model: who decides, what is automated, where people stay in the loop, and how that holds up a year later.

What this is.
Most frontier technology programmes fail on adoption, not capability. The model works, the pilot succeeds, and then nothing changes because the process around it was never rebuilt.
This division works on the operating model. Process Excellence & Automation redesigns the workflow before automating it, which is the step most often skipped. Project Management supplies the delivery discipline that turns a mandate into shipped work. Foresight & Futurology looks far enough ahead that capital is not committed against a picture that has already expired. Human-Machine Interaction & Ethics settles where a machine acts alone, where a person signs off, and how that split is evidenced when a regulator asks.
That last unit is not a compliance function. Once a system makes decisions with consequences, someone has to own the boundary between automated and human judgement, and that boundary is a design choice with legal and commercial weight.
Typical mandates: an automation programme that has stalled, a PMO stood up around a critical build, a foresight exercise before a large capital decision, or a human-oversight model for a system already in production.
