Professional members of the assembly remain enrolled in the registers of their respective national orders (e.g. Consiglio Nazionale Forense, Consiglio Nazionale dei Dottori Commercialisti) and operate under the deontological code of those orders. The firm itself is a coordinating entity; it does not substitute the professional liability of its members.
Editorial responsibility for the Observatory and for material published under the Lequent name rests with the editorial board appointed by the administrator. Bylined material is the responsibility of its author. Findings are dated and the date prevails over any later interpretation.
