Frontier companies are difficult to value. Development cycles are long, comparables are thin, revenue often depends on a regulatory decision, and the asset base is mostly intangible. Conventional methods produce a number, but rarely one a counterparty accepts without argument.

Four units handle it. Corporate Finance & Valuation builds the models and defends them in a transaction. CFO Services & Performance supplies finance leadership and management reporting to companies that have outgrown their systems but do not yet need a permanent CFO. Tax & Reporting covers structuring, innovation and R&D incentives, and the obligations that arrive with scale or a cross-border footprint. Restructuring & Special Situations takes the cases where the plan has already failed and the options are narrowing.

The division advises on capital and arranges or places it. It invests none of its own, which keeps advice on raising and selling clear of a conflict the client would otherwise have to price in.

Typical mandates: a funding round or an exit, a valuation for a transaction or a dispute, an interim CFO through a scale-up or an integration, a tax structure for a cross-border build, or a restructuring where cash is the binding constraint.
