Two-way diligence. We share live files; you share the practice you would bring. Both sides walk away if the fit is not obvious.

3 – 9 months

Lead two engagements alongside a partner-in-charge. Full economics on your matters, full visibility on theirs. Decisions are made in the same room.

Underwriting

9 – 14 months

The partnership underwrites a book of mandates against your name. You hold P&L, headcount, and the right to refuse work.

Equity vests on the cadence of the firm, not your tenure. Voting rights from day one. The seat is structural, not symbolic.
