This unit provides the finance leadership to get through that. Interim or fractional CFO cover, either as a bridge to a permanent hire or as a standing arrangement where a full-time CFO is not yet justified. Management reporting built around the handful of measures that actually drive your business rather than everything the system can produce.

The forecasting work is where most of the value shows up. Budgeting and rolling forecasts, scenario planning against real constraints, and cash and working capital management, which is what determines survival for companies with long development cycles and lumpy revenue.

We also design the function itself: what to automate, what to outsource, who to hire first, and what a controller needs to own before a CFO arrives. Done properly, this unit works itself out of a job.
