Project Management
Our Project Management unit places experienced project and programme managers into client teams for the duration of a build. They own the plan, the governance, the reporting and the escalation path. Frontier programmes fail more often on coordination than on engineering, and the fix is usually someone accountable for the critical path rather than another tool.

What this is.
Technical programmes rarely fail on engineering. They fail because six workstreams each made a reasonable local decision, nobody held the critical path, and the dependency nobody owned surfaced three weeks before the deadline.
This unit places experienced project and programme managers directly into client teams. They are not observers producing status decks. They own the plan, run the governance, chase the dependencies, and tell you early when a date is no longer credible.
What that involves depends on the programme. A hardware build has long-lead procurement and certification gates that cannot be compressed. A software integration has interface risk between teams that report to different people. A regulatory deadline has a fixed end date and negotiable scope. The manager we place has run the relevant shape of programme before, which matters more than the framework they favour.
They work alongside our engineering, legal and finance units when a programme needs them, which shortens the loop considerably compared with coordinating separate advisers.
Typical mandates: a critical build with no experienced programme owner, a recovery after a missed milestone, a multi-vendor integration, or cover through a leave or a hiring gap.
