Good design that cannot be manufactured at a viable cost is an expensive drawing. So is an elegant interface for a device whose thermal envelope was never checked. Product design for frontier technology only works if the constraints are in the room from the start.

Prototyping and user testing to settle arguments with evidence rather than seniority. Design for manufacture and assembly where something has to be produced at volume.

Because our engineering units sit alongside, feasibility gets checked continuously rather than at a gate review. Materials, tolerances, component availability and certification requirements shape the design while it is still cheap to change. Regulated products carry evidence obligations that are far easier to design in than to retrofit.
