This unit establishes facts in a form that holds up. Internal investigations into fraud, misconduct and whistleblowing reports, conducted under privilege where available, with a scope agreed before anyone is interviewed. Interviews handled so the evidence stands, and reporting written for the board and, if necessary, the regulator.

Counterparty intelligence is the preventive side. Integrity and background diligence on partners, acquisition targets, distributors and investors, particularly in markets where public records are thin and the introduction came from someone with an incentive.

Digital forensics supports both. Preserving devices and logs correctly, reconstructing what happened and when, and producing expert evidence for disputes or regulatory proceedings. Our engineering unit provides the technical depth; this unit ensures the process meets evidential standards.
