Funding rounds and shareholder arrangements, from convertibles through to preference structures, with the consent and control provisions read for what they will mean at the next round rather than this one.

On transactions we run acquisitions and disposals end to end: diligence, documentation, conditions, signing and closing, then the post-completion obligations that quietly stay live for years. Joint ventures and governance advice for boards, including director duties, which frontier boards face in sharper form because the risks are novel.
